A Day in the Life of a Senior Care Franchise Owner
A day in the life of a Homewatch CareGivers franchise owner can vary greatly. Franchisees are responsible for managing the strategic direction of the business and for creating a positive, client-centric culture. This is a people business, and the owner is responsible for managing the needs of clients, client families, referral sources, caregivers and office staff.
We have a flexible business model and work with owners on what roles they will play versus skills needed in hiring their office staff. Some owners choose to be the face of the company, and spend much of their time in the community networking and establishing referral partnerships. Other owners are more operations-focused, and choose to hire the marketing and sales position. We have the resources and tools to coach our franchise owners at whatever stage their business is in, and in the beginning to help owners understand where they best fit into the business based on their own strengths.
